I want to start promoting CB product and I want to know your opinion about that.

I would change the text in the banner to something that is more focused on the custumers bennifit from buying it something like "lose 1000 pounds in three weeks" well probably something a bit more realistic than that and it should convert alright, also I'd consider adding some effect to it, nothing major just enough for it to catch the readers eye.

The banner is interesting, but I think there's something missing. I like the text on the banner though. It will make readers think "what's with the three-week diet?"
So in order for them to know more about it, they'd probably check on that. Just add some effects or pictures or few inviting words may be, or thought provoking phrases.

IMO it will not convert as well as you think..

Pretty basic. No call to action and no psychology involved that will make me want to look at it when I see it on a site.

Ugly works best with weightloss banners.

Looks fine to me, should convert if you are getting the right traffic to it.
