Ok so i'm making a website for my referral business that sells leads. I have a dozen buyers for my leads but its difficult to contact them all every time I get a lead when I get over 10 leads a day and im very busy most the time studying.
I would like to build a members only section for my website specifically for the vendors who i give leads to. I want to be able to post the lead up on the website with an Admin Account. Then i want each of the Vendors to have a personal account such as the one we use on Blackhatworld. Every time I get a lead I want it to get posted on a list with certain information about the lead and next to the price of the lead which I make the price depending on how valuable I believe it is I want the words CLAIM. and only two people can claim a lead at one given time. Then after they claim the lead I want the Vendor to have a special page for each Vendor that is titled (Claimed Leads) and I want on this page for there to be a few options such as (UNCLAIM LEAD), a text field for them to give details about there interaction with the LEAD and what happened upon contacting the Lead. and I want there to be an option called (DEAL). So basically they can unclaim the lead and when its unclaimed they have to put what happened and it gets manually approved by me so the lead is not completely UNCLAIMED until I release it from there account. I only want 2 leads to be claimed at any given time per VENDOR. This way to prevent Vendors from contacting all the leads and not leaving any feed back about what happened and keeping the Admin informed of whos buying what and contacting who for liability reasons.
This is not a complete description of what I want but its a beginning and if you feel your capable to do this and more successfully with out to many hiccups then I would like to hire you for the job. I also would like the code well written with the ability to add on to it to improvise for our needs in the future.
