All point are very Good but recently I had read one blog. if you want fast ranking then you make ONPAGE first & after that content posting . is it correct method ?

yes, I read a lot about old domains ranking faster,

If you try to rank with a new domain in some niches I know 1 st page is possible in 6 months, so how fast would it be with an old domain, I wonder !!!
