i am from india. i have verified paypal account. but, don't have credit card. have only debt card.

i can't buy any online seo services from forums, fiverr.

also, i can't buy domains/hosting from namecheap.

help me anyone.

First off, this is the wrong place to post this question. Since you are here, i can tell you that you can still use Debit Cards to do transactions in paypal, just that your Debit card has to be a International Card. And most Indian Banks issue a domestic debit card, you can call up the call center of your bank and get the International status updated.
