Telegram encryption key was not handed to anybody buddy as far as i know. Recently the app is ordered to be blocked in russia because they refused to hand over their encryption keys.
As for your question, i think its not telegram that can produce better results. Its you, using channels/groups in telegram for engagements.

Well, okay then. As for the keys I thought that I've read an article on this point. But maybe I'm mistaken.

I switched to telegram with FB and was very pleased. In telegram a huge number of functions that make it surprisingly convenient. It is also considered a safe messenger. All my acquaintances switched to telegram and now do not represent their lives without it. Just try and understand everything

Telegram it's a great chat app, very usefull if you're using ig there are tons of DM, chat and help groups you could join

Hello, many people say you need to join Telegram for better Insta result because there are many engagement groups on telegram where you can exchange likes, comments and even follows.
It's free and really easy to find, you just have to write "Engagement" and you will find a few of them
Now I hear that Instagram is limiting the use of that groups I am not pretty sure if anyone can check.

well I do the same thing, Telegram is a chat app like WhatsApp but more private and flexible, you can hide your phone number and it works with username, and you can create groups with up to 200k members and channels.
I created a telegram group and I add members to it daily, and share my Instagram links on it trying to direct the traffic from telegram to Instagram
you can easily have telegram channels or groups and promote your Instagram.
I myself use a direct bot on Instagram and send the channel I have on telegram to my new followers, cause I sell stuff there.
the shares in telegram are crazy. you can have the same content and only a link to your Instagram page and you will see the increase in your views and likes.

They think it is secure marketing apps but they now a days are too strict about content. They will die soon.

It's not the app itself that helps with instagram, it's the groups of people on there that share ideas and tips. Some of them are private (infact the best ones are) but you'll find out about those naturally by taking part in the public groups.

A social-networking app which hosts tonnes of groups where latest media stuffs are being shared. Pretty standard though.
