The more know about your channel the more likely you have chances to gain real subscribers and for that you have do promote other TG shoutout channels same category as yours so that you will have potential more and fast subscribers into your channel

I would recommend the new Telegram feature "Similar Channels" to identify your competitors.
If you already have users, use something like TelegramDB /where command to know in which groups they are.
Then, you could start a Mass DMs campaign, or add them into your groups.
Or, you could send ads in the groups you found.
