I would suggest that you advertise your channel in other social networks, for example instagram. Or you can just buy advertising on other popular channels in telegram. You also need good content, of course.

You can create your telegram channel and advertise it in social networks such as Instagram and Facebook, if the content is good and you can not find it except in a telegraph I think you will have many subscribers.

How do you plan to gain followers with Telegram? Sending mass messages will be considered as spam. So you can try to advertise in Telegram groups but it will cost you money in most of cases. It's better to use other social networks for promotion like Instagram or Facebook. It will be more cheap and productive.

Gaining followers through app is not a great idea according to me. It does't work for sure. So leave this option and move on with a natural followers.

I disagree with some messages here. Telegram is an awesome marketing tool if you got a big enough targetted group.

You can always use mass messaging/mass inviting software to get followers or advertise your product. Not the best way, but definitely the fastest.

I use a python script called telethon which is a telegram emulator, I have a scrapper to extract member lists from any group I want
and an adder to add the lists to the groups I want, and it works really good for now, I can add up to 500 members every day...
the only problem you need to create many duplicates or fake accounts 2 weeks old minimum
