Why is there a limit to how many telegram accounts you can make on the same network what if you work at a place like a school with tons of other people on the network

Right now, telegram does the best to avoid spam accounts. They care only about this rn
 
How can you have 20 accounts on a network and still expect not to be limited

it's a messaging app. their target audience is average normal people, who have 1 personal acc max

There audience is not normal people lol. scammers and drug dealers. You obviously don’t know telegram.

Why did you respond to this I was asking a question. And this does not answer it. You wasted both of our time.
 
A lot of spam measures employed by companies these days completely disregard their userbase to fight spam. This is possibly what's going on here.
