Can telegram vouches be faked? I did business with this guy on telegram who happened to have a lot of them. Based on my experience with him, he didn't live up to the reputation the vouches suggested.

Any thoughts?

If vouches are messages and screenshots, it can be completely faked at a cheap rate of 0.24$ each.

Vouches can be easily faked. It's easy to get new fresh telegram accounts for cheap moreover I believe that some SMM Panels even offers telegram custom messages service.

Yes, people that are offering a service and are just starting out to get a 'reputation' or people that are trying to look legit and take your money will fake vouches by using fresh telegram accounts to fake vouch theirself.

He might have faked the vouches, he should not be trusted.
