Telegram to Whatsapp automation Bot

I need a freelancer who can create a bot that does the following:

Objective: Each time there's a new message in a specific Telegram channel, that message gets distributed to our clients through WhatsApp.

Specifications: I want a section that shows the number of messages that went successfully and the ones that didn't with the reason for each error.
