Anyone know any software or script that can scrape users in a public telegram group? I struggling to find anything, what I have found is either not working or been abandoned by the developer

If you can write in python, I have my old code to do it. It should still work. Of course, there are also paid software that do this.
I know a few guys who have it but no one is selling

I keep seeing tutorials for python some people are selling their scripts but if you know what your doing with python you can code it quite easily with whatevers out there at the moment. I think I remember seeing a script on github
