Telegram Scammers ?

Hello . some guys reach me on telegram and telling me to do some tasks like ad to basket on ebay some products , and they pay me for this , i had like 2 times before they payed me normal , the problem is if you miss some tasks they reduce the sallary , , anyone had the same expirience?
