Hello

I lost access to my Telegram account after losing my phone number and couldn't regain access. Are there any effective ways to recover my account without token confirmation, considering I didn't set up any recovery methods?"

Unfortunately, its gone, forget it, If you don't have logged in that account in any device, Then it is impossible to get back.
