Yes, it is going to help. But focus on 2016-2019 accounts, and buy premium on them. Mass Forwards require that.
When you have that, your account will last way longer. You can use them for months.
I have a 2014 aged account, and I've been using it for months practically 24h/24, in around 100 chats(not a lot, the limit is 500), without problem.
Don't get rate limited at all: you should block the number of messages sent to max 30 messages per minute. That's the key thing.
Starting at 40-50 forwarded messages you start getting SLOW_MODE, and more than that you get FLOOD_WAIT_ERROR with a forced wait.
You need to delay it in order to distribute the messages according to this rule, 30 messages per minute maximum.

Ok. To warm them up, you can do what I described in the thread I just linked above.
Residential proxy in the same country of the phone number, warm them up for 2 weeks with random tasks, make it looks normal.
Some people join random groups and ask random question generated by ChatGPT, but I would recommend joining some channels, some of your own groups,
at certain time interval, and send messages between your bots(random one)
When you buy aged accounts you usually see how they warmup there accounts, as there is always 1 thousand random conversation in them.
But for what you are doing(Mass Forwards), I don't think having more than 20-30 accounts is needed. Focus on quality: aged accounts with TG premium.
