Telegram - Rank Channel on Google Search [Need Advice]

Don't usually ask too many questions on here. I notice one of my competitors using Telegram for backlinks regularly.

I am not very familiar with using Telegram but is this possible to recreate or just push a channel index on Google where I can post manually?
Any insight if anyone knows more about this? Is this considered a "parasite indexing" as seen someone mention regarding it?

Any tutorials or maybe I can get someone to do this for me for service would be awesome.

Telegram channels can rank in Google if they're public and active. For better indexing, generate external links to your channel. Share the link where relevant and encourage engagement. Avoid tactics like parasite hosting. If in doubt, hire a reputable SEO pro
