Telegram premium is cheaper in India so could I set my vpn to India and make an India telegram account to take advantage of this? Telegram allows the premium gifting feature so I feel like I should be able to buy premium from the India account and send it to my main.

Yes, I live in Germany and I know a lot of people that do this to get subscriptions cheaper. Especially changing your geo to turkey works for a lot of services.
 
There's a service on here that does something similar. Take a look at the marketplace.

I’m pretty sure they just recently upped the price in turkey so now the cheapest is India. At least that’s what I found online.

You can use Ozan (unlimited VCC creating)

The cheapest telegram in turkey, you need a map of that country + vpn to use the discounted rate

Already heard about that.
I usually buy premium on Fragment, in crypto, for 3 months it's around 15$ I think.
On discord, regional pricing is at 3$/monthly so I wonder how much that would be on Telegram.

I took a look and saw nothing.
I would be really interested if someone could provide me those turkey VCC for cheap premiums but by simply paying in crypto.
