Basically using telegram to get traffic is not a good idea. If you really want to get more traffic then you can use Facebook or Instagram for that. that may be a great idea for you bro.

No, expecting traffic from telegram is really waste. Better you can use instagram for getting traffic.

I am not agreed. You can get highly targeted traffic from Telegram groups. Especially if you have a strong group with ppl who joined it by their own will because the content in your group is what exactly they are interested in

No there is no way for getting traffic on telegram. Instead you can go for Instagram. That gives more traffic.

Telegram is not a correct place to get traffic from. You can go for other networks like Facebook, instagram, etc., There you will get more traffic.

First of all before promoting something you need to work on it. You have to make often publications there, choose a good name for you channel and so on. Then you can add your channel to different channel lists in order to let people find you easier and then you can start promotion through other social media. On the whole good Telegram channels have lots of subscribers and it's a good idea!
