Telegram login problem.

Today I woke up and turned on my phone and computer.
But in my telegram there is notification that my account was frozen.
Yesterday, I just look around some channels and turned off my computer and phone.
I did nothing more.
What is the problem?
Whenever I asked questions in this platform I got expensive advices from you and this time I also hope to get good answer and solution.

Accounts logged in with devices that do not have good IP health may face such situations. Or sometimes sending similar messages may also cause this. Are any of your Telegram accounts banned on the devices you have used before?

are your mobile number verified ? if it is then you have only option to contact them at support
