If you're referring to chat history, just toggle it in the group configuration, so new members can see the history of the group.

Edit group > Chat history for new members and selecting visible
It will make the new member to see your chat history. Also you can limit the number of messages to view like 100.

Any previous message, link, photo or video can't be seeing for someone new for example if you being posting content for the last 3 months and someone new join they will se content from that moment forward but nothing from previous months, unfortunately that is something you can't change is how telegram works.
