Telegram is down in EU, it keeps saying connecting.. What's going on?

I mean... all he has to do is manage social media so there is nothing he should worry about as long as the social media websites he manages aren't down.

I hope the reason they are down is a good update that will make it worth my time to go back into that platform.

I use proxies and all is good, but with telegram recently so many problem...
