Maybe join some group first that have related infomation for your topic and then at the time of joining there will also be link to another group. Spend more time on international forum like BHW too will gain you contact of many great forum!
 
Well, a private group its called private for a reason!
In order to find the "private groups" you are looking for you need to look for their target audience first, then search on the places they search to recruit!

Hidden Telegram groups don’t appear in search, so you’ll need invite links. Try searching on niche forums, social media, or using Telegram directories like TelegramChannels.me. Some tools claim to help, but most require manual searching.
 
There are some websites to look it up, some hidden groups can only be accessed though other gateways like other tg groups/friends etc.
 
You need to deepdive into it and make a proper research related to your niche.
You should act like a real interested person into your service/product and how you will try to find such service/product .
This is how i should do it.
There are also some bots which can search based to keywords and you can also run global searches but will not find any private group/channel.
