I am following a telegram group which shares Amazon affiliate links for good deals. It has about 100000 members and I am sure they are making good money. But today I saw ina YouTube video that of we share the Amazon affiliate link directly with others, the affiliate account can be banned. So how is this group doing the same for so long? Have they got some special priviliges?

How is it sharing the link directly? Telegram is a medium. Just like YouTube is.
Youtubers would get banned too with your logic as they're sharing direct affiliate links in their description box.

Are you sure it is 100 ℅ safe and allowed? What will show as source of traffic for those links?

So I just checked it on Amazon and they don't allow sharing affiliate links on whatsapp or telegram channels.
These guys are cloaking their links or just being lucky for now.

I have seen this too first they grow their channels by posting some motivation posts and then after sometimes they post amazon aff link between motivational posts

They are doing for long time. And they are doing it on very large scale.

I think they're doing it with churn & burn affiliate accounts. They make as much money as they can before their account gets banned. If Amazon allows direct link sharing, then everyone will spam their links all over the internet.

No by this method account cant be ban , like telegram is an social media sharing medium , so You are safe , Plus can you name me the group !

Are they sharing direct link.
Or first you are redirecting to one site and then amazon.
If amazon see visitor came from affiliate site then there wont be problem

I think this is because youtube and the Telegraph are two different platforms, one is a content sharing platform and the other is a social platform, and therefore the content requirements are different. So it's safe to do this on the Telegraph channel, whereas it's not on the youtube.
