telegram global search problem

Hello
I am having a problem with Telegram search recently and the new channels I create get 6 views on the first day but then they get none in the next few days
What is the problem? I have tried several times with several accounts but it is still the same

You need to contact Telegram. Some possible reasons are repeated account suspensions, spamming in groups, using unauthorized versions of Telegram, or registering excessive numbers from a single IP or device.
