Which engagement groups are better, and why?

There are some engagement groups on Telegram that have 1000+ members in them, and they do "rounds".

On IG, the groups cap out at 15 members per group,

My question is, in the general consensus, which engagement groups are better, or more effective?

Well i think that the Telegram groups are more effective because they have much more ppl but it can happen that in such big groups not all can like your post but in IG because the group cap is. 15 you easily know who liked your post which makes it easier and guaranteed likes
