As i know prices can vary from 50 to 100$ / 1000 dms sended,it depend on the msg format and whats included in it like links or premium emojis can increase the price.
PS: in my opinion who claims to do it for less than 50$/k could be a scammer and you should deal with caution.

Even if the price is 1$ It’s not allowed to sell here without the proper membership.
In add , this is a thread outside the marketplace (that’s why the marketplace exists in the first place) only allowed memberships as Premium , Jr Vip or above have this permission

Hi ! The average price on the market now is from $60 / 1000 and up. The most important thing is not to send 1000 messages, but to keep these messages alive as long as possible and visible to those to whom you sent. Even if the account will be deleted because of complaints it is important that the message remains visible to the recipient because everyone has different time zones and the longer the message lives the better you get conversion. And yes yourself to use any software will not work because you will again need good trusted accounts for mailing, which are now difficult to find.
