Telegram Competitive Group Scraper/Auto Messenger?

Looking for a telegram group scraper and auto messenger. have a couple of groups with 400+ members and want to message them all w the same message without having to do it manually...

Anyone know how?

Also I use mac not PC so telegram auto wont work its an exe file also heard bad things about them...
