hi , how can i make my telegram channel show up when some search on a specific keywords ? does my channel needed to be alot of subs ? or the channel should be very active?

I dont think this how Telegram Work Become its not same like IG and FB or twitter … Because in telegram you need to type exect same Group name or person name to Found on the Search !!!
