Hello,
I found access to two very powerful Telegram spamming tools (TexAPI and TexSender) to scrape and message Telegram users. So far, it is very impressive, apart from the slow message sending speed.
Basically, you find (or get invited...) Telegram groups that have been made to market a certain product. Then, you hope that the group members have not been hidden by the admin, and scrape them. Seems like a very neat opportunity to send my own affiliate offers to (hopefully) targeted lists. I seriously doubt that I will be able to send a meaningful number of messages to a few hundred people per hour with just one account, though.
Does anyone have experiences with this? Do you need to buy Telegram accounts for this, or "spin" the message text, or something?
