Telegram bot

Hi,


I'm looking for someone to create a simple custom telegram bot for me.

This bot will need to be able to respond with the online status of the group admins.

So if a member types /online in the group it'll respond with the online admins.

I'd also like a bot which is able to reference a database.
For example, member speaks to telegram bot and inputs a username..bot checks database to see if that username is on the blacklist or not and tells the member.


I prefer to speak on telegram so please send me your username.
