I am looking for a Telegram bot that can do the following:
-I can supply a set of phone numbers to create unlimited telegram accounts that will auto rotate once blocked
- it can send bulk messages to group members of certain groups
( basically what I want to do is message as many people as possible to ask them if they would like to join my group, once they answered will send them an invite link )
