Telegram API key creation

Hello, I bought a telegram account from a seller and was ably to successfully take over the account, but when I try to register for a Telegram API key I get a message that says "ERROR" with no other information about the issue.

Has anyone encountered this or found a workaround?

I would be very grateful for your help

Try with other accounts you have to see if the issue is specific to one account. But you may be blacklisted.

This seems to be the case. The account can't log in at all today.
