Telegram anonymous registration?

I am trying to register to Telegram on desktop and no matter what phone number I specify it doesn't send SMS verification to neither. Neither on virtual numbers nor even on my main physical phone.

It seems there is a QR code scan option, but it wants me to first register on the phone, means it must only be physical phone?
then how do i do it anonymously? (I can buy a cheap flip phone burner, but I don't think it even have QR scan capacity).

What's the solution?

This could be a problem with your ip address. Try to use different IP. Either reset your modem to get new IP if possible or use residential proxy.

Download android Emulator -> After that register with the emulator himself to telegram and you will recieve an SMS-Message.
After that if you wanna login through the computer or web, you will get a message from telegram to the emulator in the telegram app itself.
Then you're able to login from PC

Tried from public wifi to try another IP.
the same story.

Android emulator did't work either.

You can always buy an anonymous telegram user, they sell them really cheap here in the forum, around the 1$ or $2

be careful with bought accounts, the cheap accounts on the market are being resold massively, you can be locked out of the account anytime

the guy said that he has phone number and he only have problem with verification code
if he has real number which he said that he has, so, i think there will be no problem

be careful with buying accs or pva numbers
there have been threads on bhw of people who bought these, and then had the account compromised.
very easy for someone to sell u an account, then a month later recover it.
use google voice or textnow to generate a second number. use that to make your telergam pva. never had an issue doing this. i did it very recently.
