Hello,
I run telegram ad for for month here i face one issue some of my campaign has been in a review for a long time(almost 9 days ) without any update, I have already emailed here,https://telegram.org/support but no update is coming. can any one suggest me how can i reach telegram support regarding this matter.

I don't know this is the right place for posting this thread or not can any one suggest me about this matter.

I am experiencing the same issue. When I began running Telegram ads a week ago, my ads were approved within a day at most. However, over the past three days, every ad I have submitted has remained stuck in the "In Review" status.
 
I'm also stuck with the "in review" process for 7 days.
I wonder if it's because I set the CPM too low?

Don't know why, but recently this situation happened after FB had some updates

I don't think it is because of the CPM. When I first started with Telegram ads, they approved my ads with even a 0.1 TON CPM and then raised the CPM after the ad was approved to get more traffic.

I had some ads approved in the last 7 days, but the problem for me started 3 days ago.

I noticed there are issues with the monetization system for the channels where the ads are displayed, so I believe they have paused all new ads until these problems are resolved.
 
My Ad still in review It's 10 days done. my all ton are stuck here this is really BAD thing in telegram,
Telegram Ads need to improve a lot i loss my hope with this Telegram ad system.
 
I thought Telegram didn't have ads? Meaning that the only way you got advertise is to reach out to channel owner and pay him to be featured on his channel. How are you guys running ads?
 
Also stuck in review, the system must be down or everyone got their money stolen.
 
Telegram won't give a refund. You just have to wait.
OR - submit the campaign again (duplicate it) - and it might trigger a faster review
