Telegram Ads KYC

Hi fam

I am stuck, I was running Telegram Ads from 2 accounts, KYC failed and now impossible to try again.

I created a new account with new phone number, uploaded my passport , face verif etc... it failed again !

Is it because the country of the phone number not matching passport ? I live in one country, have a passport from another and a phone number from another...

Anyone has an idea ?
