Heyy,
Not sure if it was just me but my telegram ads have gone weird recently.
A few weeks ago everything was working fine. Cost per subscriber was reasonable, traffic quality look good and conversions were steady.
Now the same campaigns are getting clicks but the results are nowhere near the same. Subscriber quality feels lower and conversions have dropped even though i have not changed much.
What did you do to recover performance? Any tips on how to troubleshoot or tackle this situation would be appreciated.

I ran into something similar a while back. In my case , nothing was actually broken with the ads . The audience had become saturated and the same creatives were no longer getting the same response.

A few things I would check:

CTR compared to previous weeks. If CTR is dropping ,your creative may be getting stale.
Placement and targeting . sometimes a small audience can burn out faster than expected.
landing page or channel Quality. Even if clicks stay the same , conversion rates can drop if the offer is no longer resonating.
Traffic source Quality. I have noticed subscriber quality can fluctuate depending on the inventory telegram is serving at a time.

what helped me was testing new creatives ,refreshing ad copy and creating separate campaigns for different audience segments instead of relying on the same setup. I also compared performance over a longer period rather than a few days because shot term fluctuations can be misleading.

if clicks are still coming in but conversions have dropped significantly, I would start by reviewing audience Quality and creative fatigue before assuming there's a platform wide issue.
