That could be a coincidence. As they have several other metrics, associating accounts with the profile picture is the last thing we expect from them.
What was your profile picture before & what did you change it to? No need to be specific but wondering if there's a theme or something that caused this to happen.
Try making 5-10 ads accounts with your 1TON budget instead of using it all on one ad. Keep the budget low per ad and test different versions. This way, you have got better chances of getting something approved.
Are your accounts strong and how long have you had them?
You just need to pay attention to the image or article.

I have been promoting my gambling channel without this and when they start the verification process they disabled my ads and then 2 days trying to get them approved with no results until I changed the profile picture for channel and my profile, after that they accept ads with no problem, but today I again all ada declined I will try to change profile picture and try again I hope it works
