Telegram does not allow any form of paid advertising and according to its creators, the app will be free of ads forever. Therefore, as long as Telegram will not permit paid advertising, the only keys to grow your channel, and engage your audience, will rely on the content's quality and external advertising.Aug 20, 2020

I don’t think this exist,and it maybe bc many news around telegram this days. You can check the forum,you get to see many threads trending on this.

There's advertising on Telegram. The ad is not based on Telegram like conventional ad on Facebook and so on.
On Telegram, owners of channels with huge subscribers get paid to advertise other telegram channels, by posting the link on their own channel in a clickbait form.
Anyway it all depends on what you want to achieve. So it may or may not work for you.
