Telegram Ad Review Issues for Promoting New Channel

I’m facing issues with Telegram ads not passing the review process. I’ve set up my ads through https://ads.telegram.org/ to promote my new channel, but they keep getting rejected. Despite changing the content and specifying certain channels, the rejections continue. I need some guidance and assistance.

Does anyone know the answer? I am still looking for it on internet. Telegram ads really need a guidance for beginner.

After since the CEO been caught, some policy changed or added & most of the old channels with massive subscribers force deleted/clear content. And to active the ads it is harder than before. My ads set still in review & declined status. No matter how I farm my destination channel still declined.
