Telegram Ad Problems

I submitted my ad on telegram on 6 july and got approved yesterday, targeted high quality channels only and my niche is crypto related

total budget is 70 ton ( 7 ton daily budget ) and cpm is 0.3
the problem is I didnt get any views yet

any suggestion ?

update :
my account with active ads got deleted with 80 in it

any advice ?
