Telegram Accounts Getting Disabled

Dear BHW family!
As stated in my title, I am getting my Telegram accounts disabled, without ANY activity on them, I just join groups and channels, and after a couple of hours, the accounts are all disabled. Using smspva Russian numbers to create accounts. It was fine a couple of weeks ago. Some accounts even log me out the moment I create the account. Any suggestion on keeping the accounts alive? Should I use proxies? Never used proxies for Telegram. I am using multiple PCs, 3 per PC, as normal as Telegram gives me to. Not using any script or smth. Please, anyone with experience that could help?

The smspva numbers were most likely used too often.

don't use sms providers platform try to buy your own sim card,sim card need and ip adress need to be from the same country.
create account using emulator and change device ID, IMEI, IP adress everytime after creating between (3-6 account)
