Telegram account was suddenly deleted.

I used the account for many years and it was suddenly deleted. Then I used the mobile phone number to log in and it said the number was banned.
How can I contact Telegram to recover it? The account is also bound to many channels for management.
Does anyone have similar experience?

It wont be unbanned even if you contact them. Next time you should buy Telegram premium decreases the ban chance by a lot
