Hello I make telegram accounts manually but they keep getting banned or restricted. can someone tell me how to avoid this? Thank you

Make sure you're using rotating residential proxies and a new device or new browser. Nothing connecting each account to the other

So I have to get a bunch of devices or could I use something like virtual box to do it using android os?
