Hello,
So recently i have started getting a bit of pain from one of my teeth. The dentists are not open in the UK, it appears the tooth is slightly yellow and has a small hole in it. Only looks very minor it is not sensitive to hot and cold food.
The ache lasts maybe an hour a day and generally goes, but makes me a bit depressed while working. I note alot of people get fillings despite having a good oral routine, with brushing their teeth and mouth washing. Does anyone do anything else to try keep their teeth in the best form, such as having a good diet, having vitamins, is there any fluoride gel you can add to teeth etc?
If anyone can help i would be grateful.
