Teens These Days

Ok.. apparently there's a new trend.. Apparently.. you're supposed to do stupid shit then put it on YouTube

Kids vandalizing cars..

Now those girls capturing that girl and luring her to a house just to beat her up.. when I saw that I was like wtf? Who is that dumb to put it online.. Ok.. no..
Now apparently Dr Phil bailed one of those girls out and was going to let her make an appearance on his show..

I bet you more money than you can imagine they get nothing but a slap on the wrist..

I'm only 20 years old.. but this shit is ridiculous.. it's no wonder the teens these days are so piss poor attitude based and spoiled.. they get away with whatever they want.. Meanwhile in other countries.. just for stealing you lose a hand, in this country, you steal.. you get put on probation or just simply pay a fine. Wow..

It's no wonder 70+% of all prisoners will return to prison at sometime.. I love having the freedom to do whatever but this justice system needs taken out.. shot and re-done.

I'm also seeing this new thing called "emo" WTF IS EMO?!
Well.. apparently it means Emotional.. yeah.. kids are calling themselves "emos" as a title and are damn proud to wear that title.. what is so hard about these kids lives? Guaranteed meals, their parents are putting roofs over their heads..
"ZOMG I DIDN GET THAT PAIR OF SHOES I WANTED"
What do most kids these days seriously have to complain about?

Hell now a days parents can't even spank their disobedient kids without getting in trouble. Well.. I thought I was pre-judging them so I decided to talk a few of these emo people.. and all they had to talk about was their depression or why life was depressing..

All their profiles usually say is "sad" "depressed" hell.. if bad things happening to you make you "emo" .. well paint my nails black, buy me some girls pants and grow my hair out because I should be emo..

Someone fill me in.. what's wrong with this picture? Kids are running around doing w/e they want only to get a slap on the wrist and parents can do next to nothing about it anymore and kids are complaining about how horrible life is for them when they have it easier than most people I know. Sure.. maybe they have had some hard times but I mean come on..

Shew.. there's my rant today.

I want to start a website.. whatpissesmeoff.com
A place where I can just bitch..

I'm 14. Doing stupid stuff and putting it on youtube is fun, like I had a video of me and a bunch of friends riding the granny carts and knocking down shelves in kmart. But the local police found it and pressed charges on me.

The cheerleader video is out of line though. Were not all like that.

Emo, by the way, is funny as hell. They're a bunch of kids who think that life sucks and its all too deep and shit. They wear a lot of black, wear heavy eyeliner, write poems, and cut themselves. Again, we're all not like that.

Read my blog at henryhavoc.org if you want to know more about teen culture. I'm pretty much a normal kid. Myspace: myspace.com/x2cxnxme

You may find this article interesting. It's about the reaction 17-year-old Jamie Lynn Spears (sister of poptart train-wreck Britney Spears) had when she learned about childbirth from her ma.

Now do a Google search on the phrase "happy slapping". For the unaware, Happy Slapping is when you record yourself assaulting someone and then upload the video to YouTube. If you search YouTube for the term 'Happy Slapping' you will see many teens beating people with clubs and sticks.

Bet you wouldn't see this kinda shit going on in a lot of other countries. Remember what happened to Michael Fey in China after he spray painted cars? He got his ass caned by the government!

The ironic payback is that in a few years these teens will be living in an even worse society. A society that they themselves helped to create.

It's not just bad parenting, it's also the music that glorifies a life of violence, drugs and sex. Back when the Canadian rapper "Snow" was in vogue, his label was advertising the fact that he'd done time in prison. I can recall when a prison record was something to be ashamed of. And not something to emulate.

America will likely go the same way the Roman empire went; rotted from within.

I totally disagree, music has nothing to do with it. It's a natural human behavior for us to want to one-up our parents. That's why we have sex so early, that's why drugs come early, and now that places like break.com will give us 400 bucks to do something stupid (can you say 3 OUNCES of GANJA?), of course we'll do it. It's human nature.

I?m glad I have no kids. One thing I hate is sour attitude people, kid or not.

I have 4 kids and 3 step children. My youngest is 17 and presently in trouble. I agree the system does not punish these kids as they should. I have had two of my children get into trouble and I begged the court to punish them with some detention and they wouldnt. The schools just wanna kick em out with no help. I went to the school, probation, court and tried to find a boot camp. Hit a wall on every turn. Boot camp had to be court orderd or pay like 10,000 grand up front, sure. School just expells em, and court gives em probation. I know a teen on house arrest who has gotten arrested like 3 times in about a 3 month period and he is still free and does as he pleases. Blame the parents and we are to blame but we get no support or help. Then after a child gets so old the peer pressure is horendous and they have their own minds. I have seen preachers kids, cops kids and all kinds of kids in trouble. I am also a hospital soc. worker, so due to my job I see a lot of shit.
Yeah blame the parents. sure,
what u gonna do when u got a single mom who is small in stature and a 16yr. old son who is drugging and drinking. Mom has to work and the boy tells mom to fuck off and does as he pleases. The school kicks him out for fighting and other stuff. The police pick him up and take him home or when he does go to court he gets probation. He then gets into trouble again and the court still does nothing. WTF? He then turns 18 and bam as an adult the court will put him in jail. The kids need to learn to accept responsability for their actions as children. And someone mentiond god and prayer in school. I do agree. PPL used to fear god now they don't even know him.
It's all in the bible. Children will rise up against their parents. Hey they are killing their parents every day.
But yea it's all the parents fault. I guess I am a bad parent.

As an 18 year old i must say thast not all of us are like that, i have never been in trouble with the police or school. I do agree that some teens are wild (like the guy who tried to stab me at school a few years back) And should be punished for the crimes they commit. The courts slap them on the hand and put them back on the streets.
