it's hard to say because it depends on CPC and CTR. Just add the ads and see for yourself

Do you have Google Analytics data? Cloudflare also register the bots as hits, so the stats may not represent what you really need.

It depends on the CPC value. Traffic + High CPC value keywords make more profit.

Try to integrate Google Analytics so you can check if the clicks are coming from Organic search because these can also be bot visits
