Technical side of selling a website

Hi there, I have a couple of questions about the technical process of selling a website?
Do you sell entire hosting packages(account) that the site is hosted on?
What if that hosting account has more than one websites?
What are the best places to sell sites that couldn't make significant profit but have numerous articles and some decent ranks for PBNs + large social accounts associated with them?

normally you sell the webpage and not the hosting .... its easy to transfer domain and content.

Selling all depends on you. I sold a website with FB, IG, Twitter, google plus accounts and offered 1 year free hosting and a godaddy domain push!
Also since it was buy it now (BIN) offer I'd given licensed version of the theme and offered 20 hours training.
