What are the most important SEO technical factors for e-commerce websites you take attention to?

Are you trying to create one?

Well, if I were to create one I would most likely learn how to optimize my site first before doing any backlinks or creating social presence.
 
UX/UI
Page Speed, <atchout to product imagery
Multiple URLs: Capital vs. Lowercase URLs, watch ou to product sheet creation (watch out when you duplicate product, or create parent - child product especially if you plan to use magento)
Slug optimisation
Light JS & CSS

and probably the most important thing today
=> Everything should work better on mobile
 
High quality ssd web hosting or cloud hosting is most important.
 
Consider all the above, pay attention to page speed, Best user experience, active media spread
 
Optimize website speed, ensure mobile friendliness, use descriptive URLs, implement proper site architecture and leverage structured data for e-commerce SEO success.

In addition to this, I will add that Breadcrumbs can be anywhere on the site, preferably lower on the page. It improves ROI while serving the same purpose for SEO.
 
I will have User friendly with high website speed, mobile compatibility Crawlability , Indexability , XML Sitemap,Internal Linking ,User Reviews ,Ratings and Meta Tags
