I had posted this thread 2 days ago https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/question-on-invalid-zip.1267786/ and the Forum owner closed it but i feel like it was misunderstood or i didn't explain clearly for that matter.
Im trying to pay for an approved BST listing ( I have tried it for even any account upgrade from my account ) and as soon as i click on Confirm Payment " Purchase "
I get this message
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
billing_address[zip] : invalid zip/postal code"
Here are images to show this
When i click on the "Purchase" Button here ( Check image below )
I immediately get this message pop up
"Oops! We ran into some problems.
billing_address[zip] : invalid zip/postal code" as you can see on the image below
Normally there's a pop up where you are given a form to fill in the zip code and payment processor ( credit card , or paypal ) but in my case it doesn't appear so i have not even put in any zip code / any sort of details yet i get the message that the zip code / billing address is invalid.
I have messaged support but no one has gotten back to me.
Could this be a system bug ? I haven't seen anything like this before.
