Many of us use teamviewer because it kicks ass. I just wanted to let everyone know that they recently released an app on the android marketplace for free that allows you to connect to any machine with teamviewer installed on it. Not only that but their app appears to me to be better than all the other VNC and remote desktop admin apps on the marketplace. Its rare that you see a big company come along and outdo a huge base of developers who have been working at becoming the best for a few years but they have certainly done it, and unlike their competition its freeeeee!

I'm not sure how long it's been out but I'm pretty sure for at least a couple months. I've had it for a while already. But yeah I agree that they deserve a lot by going out of their way to make it free.

really? damn I wish I would have known as soon as it came out.
 
ive had it on my iphone for months now, android needs to speed it up!
 
Android seems to run a bit slow... how about the newest version?
 
application was out for months now, tested and working on android and iphone, it is very usefully, specially on a tech support company to help her clients
The good thing "it is free" even if i have a paid license :)
 
I've been using it months and works perfect. I Love Android & Teamviewer

Been using Android 2.3.3 on HTC Desire HD since last 6 months...runs smooth and fast. What device are you using?

yea Android has Remote desktop apps too :)
I can connect to my VPS from my android device and run my tools even if I am on a vacation or in college :P
