Team or Agency???

It's difficult to say because it depends on the size of the team. If you want to work long-term, choosing an agency is of course better because there is still a risk that even if the small team works well, if they grow too fast and the staff cannot keep up, your work will be affected in the future
Or you can put your eggs in many different baskets and use the service in two places at the same time to be able to manage according to the situation. Facebook is also quite unstable and we have to be flexible

It depend which side you want. if you want authentic live experience then you can go with make team. and if you don't want to take hassle then go to agency. it can be manage with cheap cost. but you have to be more active then others.

If you have a large budget, you can divide the budget into 2 parts and start testing with each agent. Which agent provides good service you think will work long term.
 
Each form will have its own advantages. I think it depends on your requirements and budget.

It depends on your work. If your work is in a normal range, you can hire a team and supervise them. This will save your money and work. But if your work is massive and you can't handle it, then you should choose an agency, then you won't have too much work load.
 
You should try any agency that has both types of accounts, try and find the account that is suitable for the products you advertise.
For gambling advertising, I use a regular account and I find it stronger. For tele traffic advertising, the agent account is more stable.

Try experimenting with both and you will know which one suits you better
 
You can contact with both sellers first and tell them about your requirements and see which one is good for your business.

Each choice has its own characteristics, try to experience the service and make your choice
 
I think you can try both services and you will be able to see which one will serve you best bro
 
As long as they give you the best service (high quality resources, reasonable price, 24/7 support, good advices...). Then every choice is good. For example, if they don't provide you a high quality account, how can you even start a campaign. Or they don't provide you resources right in the time you need it, how can you reach your goal.
 
You should work with an agency to avoid being scammed. Agencies also receive many benefits from Facebook.
 
There are many agents, you need to choose reputable agents otherwise you will be scammed
